Domiciliary Care

With domiciliary care, Lord’s care solution provides a flexible service which allows individuals to remain at home, receiving the support they require in familiar surroundings. Our Domiciliary care service offers a wide range of support ranging from 24/7 live in package of care.

Many families are opting for domiciliary care – otherwise known as care at home – because it puts them back in control of the support they receive. With one-to-one personal attention, from 30 minutes a week and up to several visits a day or overnight support, our care plans are completely built around you. You can even opt for a live-in round-the-clock carer living with you at home.

Learning Disability

At Lord’s care Solutions, we take a personalised approach to support people with learning disabilities, with the aim of empowering the individual. We recognise complex needs and adapt packages of care based on individual choice to promote independence.

During our first visit, we will undertake a detailed and holistic assessment of the client’s needs and discuss service user expectations and what Lord’s care can provide for the individual. We aim to work closely with the client, families, carers and other services to provide coordinated support.

Following the initial visit, we then produce a comprehensive care plan which explains the care that will be provided for the client. The client and family will have the opportunity to contribute to this planning process to ensure that these plans meet service user expectations. Care is taken to select the most appropriate support workers for the client, taking into consideration their choices and care needs.
